LTG Design will not print pictures using materials that are protected by copyright laws.
All photographs and negatives submitted to LTG Design for restoration,
manipulation, printing or archiving are accepted on the strict understanding
that the customer either owns copyright or that the customer has obtained
permission in writing from the owner and that subsequently no copyright is infringed.
Illegal reproduction may result in legal action by the photographer. LTG Design will not be liable to
any third party for such copyright violations. The customer will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.
