ORDERS
LTG Design
will review all orders. If LTG Design considers that the wrong service has been
ordered by the customer, i.e. Basic Service of photo restoration rather than
Intermediate Service of photo restoration, LTG Design will notify the customer
by e-mail of any difference in cost and await further instruction from the
customer. The customer must provide adequate information for LTG Design to
process the order. Should the customer require to make changes to the order
after the order has been placed with LTG Design, the customer must notify LTG
Design of the changes in writing or by e-mail. LTG Design will notify the
customer by e-mail whether or not the price of the order will be affected by the
changes to the order and await further instruction from the customer.
DELIVERY
LTG Design
will endeavour to complete orders within the time quoted. LTG Design will not
accept liability for late delivery of orders. The customer may cancel any order
that is delayed more than 14 days from the date quoted. All orders are returned
to the customer by registered delivery. LTG Design will not accept any liability
of loss or damage incurred during delivery.
