COLOURS

Due to limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed and slight variations in colour tones may occur.

LIABILITY

LTG Design will not be liable to the customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused. Any materials submitted to LTG Design which has an inherent value to the customer, it is recommended that the customer takes out an appropriate all risks insurance policy to cover the replacement value.

ARBITRATION & LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
